Q2: Is there a significant price difference between biodegradable bags and regular plastic bags?

A: Currently, the cost of fully biodegradable materials is approximately 2-3 times that of traditional PE. However, with large-scale production and technological advancements, the price difference is narrowing. We offer biodegradable formulas with different proportions (e.g., 30% starch-based) to help customers balance their budgets with environmental goals.

 

Q3: Are there color differences in the printing? How do you ensure accurate brand colors?

A: We use the Pantone color chart for color matching and provide digital samples for confirmation before production. Experienced color matching technicians will conduct a first-piece inspection to ensure that color differences in mass production are controlled within the professional range of ΔE < 2.0.

 

Q4: What is the delivery time?

A: In-stock products are shipped within 3 days. Custom-printed products are typically delivered within 10-15 business days after design confirmation. Expedited production lines can be negotiated for urgent orders.

 

Q5: Do our products meet export standards?

A: Yes, our products can pass SGS and Intertek testing and meet relevant export certification requirements such as EU 10/2011, US FDA, and Australian AS4736.
