Blown Film

Using advanced film blowing machines, through precise temperature control and ratio technology, the film thickness is uniform, the tensile strength is high, and the surface is smooth, providing high-quality substrate for subsequent printing and bag making.

Packaging bag printing

We are equipped with high-speed color printing machines that support gravure printing and flexographic printing, up to 12 colors, with clear and bright patterns and high color reproduction, helping customers to better display their brands.

Bag Making

Bag Making

Through fully automatic bag-making equipment, we can accurately seal and cut the bags according to the bag shapes required by customers (such as ziplock bags, express bags, shopping bags, etc.), ensuring that the bags are strong and durable, with neat and beautiful appearance.

Quality Inspection

From tension, sealing, thickness, transparency to printing effect, we have multiple testing procedures to ensure that each batch of products meets international quality standards and the defective rate is reduced to a minimum.

Packaging and warehousing

Packaging and warehousing

Finished products are packaged in standard cartons or custom packaging, in batches with precise quantities to ensure the bags are not contaminated or damaged during transportation. Final inspection, including appearance, function, and quantity verification, is carried out before shipment to ensure that each batch meets customer requirements before being stored for shipment.

Loading and shipping

Finished products are loaded into containers through reasonable stacking to make full use of space and prevent squeezing and deformation. They are then arranged for sea, air or land transportation according to the transportation method specified by the customer to ensure safe and timely delivery.
