The production of reusable courier bags typically involves the following stages:

Film Blowing: Utilizing LDPE or HDPE raw materials, a tubular film is produced via multi-layer co-extrusion technology; this process determines the fundamental strength of the bag.

Printing: Gravure printing or screen printing techniques are employed to print brand logos or designs onto the bag's surface. The eco-friendly water-based inks we use are free of heavy metals and comply with export standards.

Bag Forming: Through a heat-sealing process, the tubular film is cut and sealed at the bottom to form the main body of the bag.

Adhesive Strip Application: A high-tack hot-melt adhesive strip and a release liner are applied to the inner lip of the bag opening. For reusable models, a second adhesive strip is added.

Die-cutting and Tear Notches: Tear notches are created at the bag opening and along the sides to allow customers to easily open the bag by hand.
