Common design process structure of Garment Plastic Bags:
1. Basic structure
Bag body
Material selection: Polyethylene (PE) is usually used. According to specific needs, it is divided into low-density polyethylene (LDPE) and high-density polyethylene (HDPE). LDPE is soft and transparent, and is often used to make thin and light plastic bags for clothing with high flexibility requirements; HDPE is hard and strong, and is suitable for clothing packaging that needs to bear more weight or provide better protection, such as the packaging of heavy winter coats.
Shape: Generally rectangular, this shape is convenient for mass production and stacking, and can also better adapt to the shape of various types of clothing. Some bags are designed with a certain curvature to better fit the curve of the human body. For example, bags used to pack dresses or shirts can allow clothing to hang more naturally in the bag and reduce wrinkles.
Opening
Top opening: the most common, convenient for putting in and taking out clothing. There are various ways of opening. Some are simple flat-mouth designs with low production costs; some are added with serrated tear-off openings at the openings, so that consumers can easily tear the bags without the help of scissors or other tools.
Side opening: Some clothing plastic bags have openings on the side. This design is especially suitable for some long clothing, such as coats and robes. Loading from the side can reduce the distortion and wrinkles of clothing in the bag, and can better present the full picture of clothing when displayed.
Bottom
Flat bottom structure: It is the most basic bottom structure, which is simple to make and can make the plastic bag stable on a flat surface. However, for some heavier or larger clothing, the flat bottom structure may not be enough to provide sufficient support.
Bottom cover structure: It includes folded bottom cover and bottom cover plus folded edge. Folded bottom cover increases the thickness and strength of the bottom and can better bear weight; bottom cover plus folded edge further enhances the stability of the bottom, which is suitable for packaging heavy winter clothing or multiple stacked clothes.
2. Special design structure
Hanging hole
Hanging holes are set at the top of the plastic bag near the opening. Common shapes include round and square. The function of the hanging hole is to facilitate the hanging of the bag containing clothing on the shelf or display rack, so as to facilitate the display and display, improve the display effect of the goods and the convenience of consumers to take. Some hanging holes will also be reinforced, such as hot pressing a layer of reinforcement sheet around the hole to prevent the hanging hole from tearing due to excessive force during the hanging process.
Handle
Simple handle: By cutting a handle of a certain shape on both sides or the top of the bag body, it is convenient for consumers to carry. This kind of handle is usually suitable for packaging lighter clothing, such as T-shirts, shirts, etc.
Reinforced handle: For plastic bags for packaging heavier clothing, thicker materials will be used to make handles, or multi-layer materials will be compositely reinforced at the handle to ensure that the handle can withstand a large weight and is not easy to break. In addition, some reinforced handles will be designed in an arc shape to fit the human hand to hold and improve the comfort of carrying.
Transparent window
A transparent window is set on the front or side of the bag body. The window material is generally the same as the bag body material or a plastic film with higher transparency. Through the transparent window, consumers can intuitively see some details of the clothing, such as color, pattern, style, etc., without opening the bag, which helps to attract consumers to buy. It also makes it convenient for merchants to display and highlight the characteristics of the clothing.
