1. Material selection

3. Self-sealing strip molding
The self-sealing strip is a key part. It is necessary to ensure that the concave and convex surfaces of the seal are evenly molded and the bite is accurate. Pay attention to pressure control during extrusion to prevent the seal from being too thin or too thick and affecting the use effect.
4. Thickness uniformity
Ensure the uniformity of the bag thickness to prevent some areas from being too thin and easy to break. The thickness should be controlled within the specified range to ensure the waterproof effect.
5. Sealing performance test
After each batch of production, the product needs to be tested for sealing performance, including waterproofness, airtightness, etc. Check for air leakage by inflating the bag and applying pressure.
6. Tensile strength test
Waterproof ziplock bags require a certain tensile strength to ensure durability during use. A tensile test is required to ensure that the bag is not easy to tear when subjected to a certain tensile force.
7. Production environment control
Keep the production workshop clean, especially for ziplock bags used for food packaging bags. Dust and other pollutants should be avoided during the production process to ensure that the product meets hygiene standards.
8. Printing process
If the watertight ziploc bags have printed patterns, the control of the printing process is very critical. Use environmentally friendly ink to avoid blurring and color difference of the printed pattern, and ensure that the printed pattern is firm and not easy to fade.
9. Cutting and packaging
When cutting, ensure that the bag mouth is neat and there are no burrs to avoid affecting the consumer's experience. When packaging, it should be carried out according to customer requirements to ensure the accurate quantity of each bag.
