When plastic packaging bags are shipped and transported, in order to ensure that they are not damaged during transportation and are easy to handle and manage, the following packaging methods are usually used:
1. Carton packaging:
This is the most common method. A certain number of plastic packaging bags are neatly stacked or rolled up and placed in a carton of appropriate size. To prevent the packaging bags from shaking in the box during transportation, some cushioning materials such as bubble film, foam board, paper balls, etc. may be added to the box. The four sides, top and bottom of the carton must have sufficient strength to withstand a certain amount of pressure. For some plastic packaging bags with a large number and heavy weight, multi-layer corrugated boxes may be used, and the seams of the carton may be sealed and reinforced with tape. This method is suitable for plastic packaging bags of various types and sizes, especially for long-distance transportation and multiple handling.
2. Pallet packaging:
When the shipment volume of plastic packaging bags is large, pallet packaging will be used. First, stack the plastic packaging bags on the pallet. The stacking method can be reasonably arranged according to the shape and size of the packaging bags to ensure stability. Then use the wrapping film to tightly wrap the pallet and the packaging bag on it to form a whole. The wrapping film can play a role in dustproof, moisture-proof and fixing, preventing the packaging bag from scattering or shifting during transportation. Pallet packaging is convenient for loading and unloading and handling with forklifts and other equipment, which improves logistics efficiency and is suitable for large-scale cargo transportation and warehousing.
3. Woven bag packaging:
For some plastic packaging bags that do not require particularly high protection and are heavy, woven bags can be used for packaging. Put the plastic packaging bag into the woven bag, and then tie the bag mouth of the woven bag with a rope or cable tie. The woven bag has a certain strength and wear resistance and can withstand a certain amount of tension and pressure. This packaging method has a low cost and is often used for the transportation of plastic packaging bags for some industrial purposes, such as building material packaging bags.
4. Wooden box packaging:
If the plastic packaging bag is some special, fragile or high-value products, wooden box packaging may be used. The material of the wooden box is usually solid wood or plywood, which has high strength and protection. Appropriate cushioning materials, such as sponges and foam plastics, will be added to the wooden box to fix the plastic packaging bag in the box to prevent it from being collided and squeezed during transportation. Wooden box packaging is generally used for long-distance transportation, export transportation or situations with high shockproof requirements.
5. Container bag packaging:
Container bags are large flexible packaging bags with large capacity. They are usually used to package a large number of granular, powdered or blocky items. Put the plastic packaging bag into the container bag, and then seal the bag mouth of the container bag. Container bags can be loaded and unloaded by cranes or forklifts, which is convenient and fast. They are suitable for the transportation and storage of large quantities of goods, such as the packaging and transportation of chemical raw materials and grain.
