To ensure the safety and stability of products during transportation and facilitate loading and unloading, palletizing is an essential step before shipping.

1. Introduction to Microporous Plastic Bags
Microporous plastic bags are made of food-grade PE or PP. Microporous plastic bags feature tiny air holes uniformly perforated on the bag surface, allowing for adequate air circulation between the packaged goods and the outside world. This design not only extends the shelf life of the products but also prevents spoilage and deterioration caused by internal moisture accumulation.

2. Purpose of Palletized Shipping

Stable Transportation: Palletizing reduces the risk of bagged goods shaking and tipping during handling and long-distance transportation.

Convenient Loading and Unloading: They facilitate rapid handling by forklifts, pallet trucks, and other mechanical equipment, improving loading and unloading efficiency.

Protective Function: Combined with stretch film and corner protectors, they prevent the outer packaging bag from abrasion or tearing during transportation. Neat and Beautiful: Pallets are neatly stacked, facilitating both warehouse management and customer acceptance inspection.

3. Palletizing Process
Finished Product Acceptance:
After production, microporous plastic bags undergo spot inspection to check the uniformity of the air holes, size, thickness, and seal quality. Only qualified bags are then packaged.

Packaging and Labeling:
Microporous bags are packed into boxes according to order specifications, and the outer boxes are clearly labeled (specifications, quantity, batch, and production date).
For customers who require printing, a colored brand sticker will be added to the outer boxes for easy identification.

Pallet Stacking:
Select wooden or plastic pallets of appropriate sizes.
Stack cartons in a "tic-tac-toe" or staggered arrangement to ensure uniform load distribution and stability.
Anti-slip cardboard can be inserted between each layer to prevent slipping during transport.

Wrapping:
Stretch film is used to wrap the pallet, starting from the bottom and working its way up to the top, ensuring a tight fit.
For export goods, waterproof and moisture-proof labels are affixed before wrapping.

Reinforcement and Marking:
Use strapping to reinforce the pallet's overall structure.
Mark the pallet with information such as the order number, customer name, and destination in a conspicuous area.

Loading and Shipping:
Forklifts carefully load the palletized goods into containers or trucks.
Before shipping, reconfirm that the quantity matches the order to avoid missing or incorrect shipments.

4. Shipping Scene
In the factory warehouse, rows of pre-packed microporous plastic bags are neatly stacked on pallets. Workers methodically operate stretch wrap machines, tightly wrapping the goods with transparent film. Forklift operators shuttle back and forth, delivering each stable pallet to the loading area. The entire process is swift and orderly, ensuring that every shipment is delivered safely and intact to the customer.

The standardized palletizing process not only improves loading and unloading efficiency but also ensures the integrity of the products during transportation. This meticulous and rigorous shipping management demonstrates the factory's commitment to customers and quality.
