Average Daily Capacity: Approximately 30–50 bags 10,000, with slight fluctuations depending on bag shape.
Automation: Multiple automatic bag-making machines, computer-controlled high-speed printing machines, and fully automatic inspection and packaging equipment.
Staffing: Operators, quality inspectors, packers, and warehouse staff have clear divisions of labor and work in shifts.
2. Main Production Process
Film Blowing: Food-grade or environmentally friendly plastic granules are used to produce highly transparent film using film blowing equipment.
Printing: Logos or designs are printed using gravure printing technology, providing accurate color and scratch resistance.
Lamination (if necessary): Multiple layers of film are bonded together to enhance barrier properties and preserve freshness.
Slitting: Large rolls of film are cut into desired widths and lengths as needed.
Bag Making: Customized bag shapes are produced, including ziplock bags, slide chain bags, side-seal bags, and three-side-seal bags.
Quality Inspection: Each batch of finished products undergoes multiple inspections, including size, seal, printing, thickness, and appearance.
Packaging and Shipping: Qualified finished products are boxed, labeled, stored, and shipped on time.
3. Quality Control and Production Standards

Each batch of products is accompanied by production records and inspection reports to ensure traceability.

4. Order and Shipping Arrangements
All orders are scheduled according to schedule to ensure stable delivery times.
Domestic orders generally ship within 3–7 days, while overseas orders are shipped by container loading depending on quantity.
For special custom orders (such as multi-color printing or custom-shaped bags), please allow 7–15 days for production lead times.
