The Turkish customer team made a special trip to our Xiamen company to gain an in-depth understanding of plastic film and roll bag products, and to discuss future cooperation matters. Our sales manager accompanied the reception throughout the whole process and fully introduced the company's products, technical advantages and customized service capabilities to the customers.
1. Company and product introduction
The sales manager gave the customer a detailed introduction to the company's development history, production capacity and quality control system, focusing on the core advantages of our company in the field of plastic film and roll bags:
Product range: covering food-grade packaging film, industrial stretch film, anti-static roll bags, customized printed roll bags, etc.;
Technical highlights: high transparency, puncture resistance, environmentally friendly and degradable materials (such as PLA film) and personalized customization services;
Capacity and certification: passed ISO 9001, FDA, REACH and other international certifications.
2. Discussion of customer needs
The Turkish customer put forward specific needs:
Target application: food packaging (must comply with EU standards), protective roll bags for electronic products;
Key requirements: thickness tolerance ±0.02mm, samples available, minimum order quantity (MOQ) and delivery cycle;
The technical supervisor gave special answers to customers' concerns about moisture-proof performance and printing process, and displayed similar customer cases.
3. Factory visit and sample display
The customer visited the production workshop, observed the raw material feeding, film blowing, slitting and packaging processes on site, and highly recognized the automated production line;
A variety of samples were provided on site for customer testing, including matte film, anti-UV roll bags and other special products.
4. Follow-up action plan
The customer will be provided with a test report and detailed quotation of the sample confirmed by the customer within three working days;
Arrange a video conference to further discuss the OEM customization plan (the customer provides the LOGO and specification);
The customer was satisfied with the reception, especially recognized our company's ability to respond quickly, and is expected to feedback the sample test results next week.
