4. Cooling and shaping
The film after blow molding needs to be cooled and set immediately. Usually, cooling rollers or cooling air are used to quickly cool down and solidify the film. This process fixes the shape and structure of the film and also helps improve its strength and stability.
5. Traction and winding
After cooling and shaping, the film is continuously pulled out through the traction device and rolled up by the winding machine. During the winding process, the tension of the film needs to be controlled to avoid stretch deformation or wrinkles. At the same time, attention should also be paid to the matching of the winding speed and the winding diameter to ensure that the winding is neat and tight.
6. Quality inspection and packaging
The finished film needs to be inspected for quality. By checking the thickness, width, surface quality and other indicators of the film, we ensure that the product meets the standard requirements. Qualified films will be cut into segments of a certain length and packaged for transportation and storage.
