Vegetable packaging bag quality inspection

Mar 21, 2024

The header bags and ventilation hole design:

1. The vegetable packaging bags is a form of stacking multiple plastic bags neatly together. This design allows users to tear off a plastic bag directly during use without the need for separate packaging or storage, thus saving time and space. The breathable hole design is to increase the breathability of the plastic bag so that it can better adapt to environmental needs in specific situations.

2. The design of the ventilation holes is usually located in a corner or specific position of the plastic bag, and its size and number are determined according to specific needs and uses. These ventilation holes not only increase the breathability of the plastic bag, but also help prevent moisture or moisture generated during storage or use from causing damage to the contents inside.

Packaging bag quality inspection

Factory production process:

In the process of producing the entire plastic bag in the factory, plastic raw materials HD etc. need to be prepared first. These raw materials undergo melting, extrusion, blow molding and other processes to form a continuous plastic bag film. Next, the plastic bag film is made into a plastic bag with a specific size and shape through cutting, heat sealing and other steps.

During the production process, it is also necessary to punch holes in the plastic bags to form ventilation holes according to the design requirements. This process requires precise mechanical operations and strict quality control to ensure that the size, location and number of vents meet design requirements.

Quality Inspection:

Quality inspection is an important part of ensuring the quality of the entire plastic bag. On the factory production line, real-time monitoring and sampling testing will be conducted on each production link to ensure that product quality meets standards and customer needs.

1. Appearance inspection: Check the flatness of the plastic bag, no color difference, no bubbles, no damage and other appearance defects. At the same time, it is also necessary to check whether the size, location and number of ventilation holes meet the design requirements.
Size and thickness measurement: Use tools such as rulers or thickness gauges to accurately measure the size and thickness of plastic bags to ensure they meet relevant standards.
2. Physical performance testing: including tensile strength, tear strength, puncture resistance and other tests to ensure that the plastic bag has sufficient durability during use.
3. Chemical performance testing: Test the ingredients, additives, solvent residues, etc. of plastic bags to ensure that the product meets environmental protection and safety requirements.
4. Packing box inspection: The specifications of the packaging box must match the size of the product to ensure safe installation.
5. Before leaving the factory, the entire plastic bag will be randomly inspected in batches to further ensure product quality and stability.
