In order to thank every employee for their hard work for a year, the company chose Guilin as the year-end team building trip. We not only appreciated the natural beauty of Guilin, but also further deepened the friendship and spirit of cooperation between each other through a series of interesting activities.
1. Yangshuo-the gentle embrace of the landscape painting
Yangshuo in Guilin is famous for its picturesque landscape. The mountains here are stacked and the river is green. It is an ideal place to relax and enjoy nature. We strolled in the countryside of Yangshuo, relaxed, and felt the fresh air and quiet environment.
In the pastoral scenery of Yangshuo, we also participated in the traditional "singing folk songs" activity. Everyone sat around the campfire, singing happy folk songs, dancing, as if integrated with nature. At this moment, all the work pressure was thrown behind, leaving only laughter and joy.
2. Lijiang Bamboo Rafting-Close contact with nature
The next activity is Lijiang Bamboo Rafting. The water of the Li River is as clear as a mirror, surrounded by green mountains and picturesque scenery. Drifting on the bamboo raft, we relax our body and mind and enjoy this magical natural scenery. The river is gurgling, the mountains are reflected, and everyone slows down in this quiet and beautiful environment and enjoys the tranquility and power brought by nature.
3. "High Mountain and Flowing Water" Drinking Challenge-Singing and Drinking
The climax of this team building is of course the "High Mountain and Flowing Water" drinking challenge in Yangshuo. Here, the Miao girl brought wine and challenged to drink non-stop within 5 minutes at the long table. The wine and singing alternated, and the atmosphere was warm and joyful.
4. Long Table Banquet-Guilin Food Feast
Enjoy Guilin's traditional food on the long table. For this meal, everyone sat around a table and tasted Guilin's delicious food together. The atmosphere was warm and warm.
Guilin Rice Noodles: One of the highlights of breakfast, the soup base is rich, the rice noodles are soft and smooth, and it is paired with the local unique sauerkraut and stewed flavors, which is endless aftertaste.
Osmanthus cake and osmanthus wine are also special delicacies that cannot be missed. Osmanthus cake is fragrant, delicate, sweet but not greasy; while osmanthus wine has a unique fragrance, and the mild wine body complements the fragrance of osmanthus, adding a lot of local customs.
5. Bonfire Party-Release yourself and have fun
The bonfire party in the evening is another highlight of our team building activities. The bonfire was burning, and everyone danced happily around the fire, and everyone's smiling faces shone in the firelight. Whether it is a familiar colleague or a partner who has less contact with us, everyone put down the pressure at work and enjoyed this pure happiness and freedom.
This trip to Guilin not only allowed us to appreciate the beauty of Guilin's mountains and rivers, but also enhanced the team's cohesion and spirit of cooperation through a series of interesting team building activities. From the "high mountain and flowing water" drinking challenge to the carnival of the bonfire party, every moment was full of laughter and joy, deeply engraved in our memory.
