2. Sealing performance:

Good sealing performance is an important indicator of food-grade ziplock bags. It can effectively isolate air, moisture and odor, and prevent food from getting damp, oxidized and deteriorating. Check the sealing design of the ziplock bag, such as whether the zipper seal is tight and firm, and whether it can still maintain a good sealing effect after repeated opening and closing.

3. Specifications and sizes:

Choose the appropriate specifications and sizes according to actual needs. Consider the type and quantity of food to be packaged, and choose a ziplock bag of appropriate size. A bag that is too small may not be able to hold the required food, while a bag that is too large will waste space and the sealing effect may be affected. For example, a smaller ziplock bag can be selected for small snacks, while a larger bag is required for larger foods such as a whole roast chicken.
4. Load-bearing capacity:

Understand the load-bearing capacity of the ziplock bag to ensure that it can withstand the weight of the food without breaking. Especially for some heavier foods, such as nuts, canned food, etc., it is necessary to choose a ziplock bag with sufficient load-bearing capacity to avoid the bag from breaking during use and causing the food to spill.
5. Temperature resistance:

Consider the temperature resistance of the ziplock bag according to the storage and handling methods of the food. If it needs to be refrigerated or frozen in the refrigerator, a low-temperature resistant ziplock bag should be selected to prevent it from becoming brittle and breaking in a low-temperature environment; if it may be heated (such as microwave heating), a high-temperature resistant ziplock bag that meets relevant safety standards should be selected.

Higher transparency makes it easy to check the status of the food in the bag, and the type and remaining amount of food can be clearly identified without opening the bag. This is very convenient for storing a variety of foods or quickly finding the food you need.
7. Printing ink:

If there are printed patterns or texts on the ziplock bag, make sure that the ink used is food grade and will not migrate into the food when it comes into contact with the food. Try to choose ziplock bags with a small printing area and not printed on the part that directly contacts the food.
8. Hygiene:

Ensure that the ziplock bags are hygienic and free of microbial contamination during production, storage and transportation. Choose ziplock bags with intact packaging, no damage, and no odor, and avoid using products that may be contaminated.
9. Environmental performance:

Consider the environmental properties of the ziplock bag, such as whether it is degradable and recyclable. Choosing environmentally friendly food-grade ziplock bags will help reduce pollution to the environment and conform to the concept of sustainable development.
